Why is Piracy a crime ?

  The Big Question ?

"I bought this for fiver from the boot sale, its great copy - would you like to borrow it ?"

How many times have you been offered a copied movie, once, twice, perhaps even more ? Did you know that £400 Million pounds per year is lost by the studios through Piracy, how much of this did you see? We can tell you what you didn't see:-

Last year the studios would have produced an average of 5-6 more blockbuster movies like Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter or Shrek, costing around £80 million each, so in reality its false economy and you are robbing yourself of your own entertainment.

  The Big Question ?
So what is this mystery video ? Pitch Black 3, Star Wars Episode 3 - It could be any of those or you may never find out.

What if the studio ceased production becuase of Piracy ?

The next movie you watch on a pirated VCD, Cassette or DVD is lost revenue towards the production of the next movie from that studio, you are to blame.

Are you been ripped off ?

Its does make a difference when a pirate is reported. F.A.C.T the UK's copyright theft team investigate all reports made to them for copyright infringements on movies, generally when someone feels they have been ripped off, in reality even if you don't buy one and get ripped off, you are still been robbed of future releases and entertainment.
